The earlier we're involved in a project, the more input we can offer to ensure the optimum glazing solution for your needs. We worked with this major care home provider right from the word go for this new development in Carshalton, nestled on a leafy site with sweeping views of hills and woodland.
We wanted to ensure the 70-bed care home would feel homely and secure for its residents. So to complement the building’s traditional style cues like wooden veneers and pitched tiled roofs, we designed and fitted high spec off-white aluminium doors and windows. These timeless casement windows and attractive French doors really brought the design to life.
Our bespoke glazing solution was practical as well. For ease and comfort for the less mobile residents we installed automatic entrance doors and mobility thresholds. Restricted opening windows ensured they’d be kept safe and we used acoustic glazing to create a peaceful, calm environment.
