One of the challenges we had to overcome on this project was customization, each studio apartment required unique window and door specifications. Energy Efficiency, compliance with sustainability goals and local regulations were crucial as well as the aesthetics and design of the building, as the windows and doors needed to enhance the architectural style.

However, we came up with fast and effective solutions. The aesthetics and design needs were met as our customizable options in finishes, colours, and hardware seamlessly integrated with Vistec House’s style. We provided PVC-u windows and doors, aluminium doors, and EPDM sealing solutions to help with the energy efficiency.

Throughout the project efficient Project Management was key, streamlined coordination with the construction team ensured on-time delivery and installation.

Our collaboration with the client at Vistec House resulted in successful delivery. Our expertise in aesthetics and product variety contributed to the project’s overall success, meeting the developer’s expectations and enhancing the residential experience.
