What initially attracted you to join Arcura and the construction industry?
What first attracted me to Arcura was its strong family values and the sense that every person here genuinely contributes to the company’s success. I was also drawn to the construction industry because it offers the chance to turn ideas on paper into real buildings that people use every day. Seeing a design come to life is incredibly rewarding.
Reflecting on your career, what achievement are you most proud of?
One achievement I am most proud of is being trusted to deliver important design packages and technical drawings that help projects move smoothly from concept to completion. It gives me real satisfaction to know that my work contributes to successful developments. I also take pride in being reliable and committed, always doing my best to keep my promises and complete tasks on time, no matter how much effort is needed, whether during the day or late into the evening.
What advice would you give to developers or contractors starting a new project?
My advice would be to focus on clear communication and early planning. When everyone works together from the beginning—designers, contractors, and clients—it saves time, reduces costly changes, and creates a smoother journey for the whole project. Strong teamwork is the foundation of every successful build.

What’s your favourite hobby or interest outside of work?
Outside of work, I really enjoy driving and watching movies. I love the sense of freedom that comes with being on the open road, whether it’s a relaxing drive or navigating bustling city streets. Being behind the wheel gives me both excitement and a chance to unwind. I’m also a big fan of movies, as they offer entertainment, creativity, and inspiration all in one experience.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
If I could have any superpower, it would be the gift of understanding every heart and mind, then inspiring people to choose peace over conflict and kindness over hatred. I have always believed that the world becomes stronger when people live in unity, regardless of their background or differences. With this power, I would break down the walls of discrimination, heal division, and replace anger with compassion. My dream would be to create a brighter world where humanity stands together as one family, living happily without war, fear, or injustice.
